A little necessary information…

There are Myths and there are Science Based Results!  Which one are you using?

As with any Myth, there is some (universal) truth there… but do we know what it is?

So let’s begin with the Myths!

 

  • If I could only control my eating then I would be at my Ideal Weight.
  • If only I exercised more then I would be slimmer.
  • I need to eliminate fat from my diet.
  • I need to eliminate carbohydrates from my diet.
  • There is an Ideal Diet that works for everyone.
  • If only I drank more water then I would be fitter.
  • If I had a better job (less stressful) then I would be able to exercise more.
  • If only I (Fill in the blank!) then I would look better.

What is your favorite Myth? Excuse? Justification?
