I recently bought these and have heard mixed reviews. I am looking for a multi vitamin that also will help with weight loss. More importantly tho, I am trying to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need. What do you think of these vitamin and/or do you suggest any others?

What I mean by the question is can you lose weight by running everyday of the week???
Running is the best thing to do! Run an hour a day… If you're not obese, try pushing yourself so you're really puffing at the end of the hour (don't sprint 'cause you'll be out after 10 minutes.)
